Deletion applies only to your OTT calling account and associated data in the ICSolutions Smartphone Application (ICS Communicator). It does not delete your ICSolutions service account or cancel inbound calling to your mobile telephone via the PSTN.
Apeiron provides this page to request deletion of your ICS Communicator account and associated data. You can use it without installing the app.
Enter your account credentials and a contact email. We use your password to verify that the request is for your own account. Do not include passwords in support messages.
We will email your receipt and results, with text updates to an existing verified account number when available.
After verified confirmation, we revoke application access and remove the supplemental application user, contacts, app data, call history and call telemetry. Support tracks processing and handles exceptions. Your ICSolutions service account and inbound PSTN calling are outside this request.
Response time: App login and push access revoked immediately after verified confirmation; receipt and updates by email.. ICS Communicator application retention schedule: eligible app profile, app-associated contacts, call history and telemetry are deleted within 30 calendar days of request receipt. Required billed or regulated call detail: 18 months from the call where applicable, limited to necessary billing fields. Invoices, payments and tax evidence: 7 years under the finance-approved policy. Routine security and access logs: 90 days from the event. Documented security incidents: 12 months after closure unless a documented investigation or legal reason requires longer. Minimal deletion-request audit: 24 months after the final response. Backup copies: rotate out within 35 days after active-system deletion; completed deletions are reapplied before restored data becomes available. Specific legal holds: until the hold ends, with review every 90 days. Exceptions apply only to the information and purpose that justify them; retained information and reasons are explained in the response.
